Angel Place’s Ragazzi Wine + Pasta is one of the Sydney CBD’s most-loved dining spots, serving traditional hand-rolled, shaped and pinched Italian pasta shapes, with sauces and snacks that are uniquely our own. The menu changes regularly, according to what’s in season.

Much like in the kitchen, Ragazzi’s 250 bottle-heavy wine list highlights both classic and contemporary Italian winemaking, while paying full respect to the growing use of native Italian varieties here in Australia.

Ragazzi Truffle Lunch

Sunday July 12th, $130 per person

Truffle season is upon us, and that means it's time for our annual Ragazzi Truffle Lunch. This July, join us for one glorious Sunday long lunch, replete with seven courses that all hero heady, earthy Australian black truffles, sourced for us by Verduno.

With a menu curated by Culinary Director Scott McComas-Williams and Executive Chef Alex Major.These precious black dirt diamonds glitter across every dish, showcasing the versatility of this seasonal gem.

Here’s a taster. There’ll be truffle and mozzarella croquette; beef crudo with a Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle custard; tajarin with shaved truffle and hazelnut; plump, perfect fagottini filled with scallop and truffle; ricotta panna cotta, with truffle honey and poached pear, and more truffly goodness.
