Group bookings have a choice of set menus, which might include crowd-pleasers like Cantabrian anchovy, butter and sourdough; beef crudo, buttermilk, celery salt; casarecce, Maremma duck and PX ragu; and an exceptional hazelnut tiramisu with salted almond praline, and more.
