Introducing Palatial Pours at Palazzo Salato, every Saturday lunch.

Gather a table and step inside our Clarence Street doors for an abundant set menu of our best-loved snacks and pastas, paired with free-flowing drinks and an atmosphere ripe for a good time. The food is bountiful, the drinks are bottomless. This is how weekend lunching should be.

The feasting begins with Nigella Lawson-approved stracciatella, Cantabrian anchovies and pangrattato; artichoke alla griglia with cavolo nero pesto and Pecorino Romano; and Palazzo ham with colatura hot sauce and focaccia. To follow, a pair of pastas, scarpinocc of pumpkin with hazelnuts, Pecorino and sage; and twirls of trottole with a Roman amatriciana sauce, served with a leaf salad.

Care to extend the good times? Endless spritzes can be added for an additional $30 per person. And extra snacks or plates, like oysters, mafaldine with spanner crab or steak (just saying), can be ordered from Palazzo’s main menu on the day, too.
