Aperitivo Hour at Fabbrica

Aperitivo Hour at Fabbrica has had a glow up at our CBD, Newtown and Darlinghurst locations ✨! Sip on an extended selection of Happy Hour-priced drinks, as well as new bite-sized snacks, only available from 3pm to 5pm.

Refresh yourself with seasonal spritzes and house sparkling, white, red and rosé ($10), Peronis ($7) and Negronis ($12).

Food-wise, we've got an ever-changing menu of Venetian-style cicchetti ($7 each, or a trio for $19)—think crusty fresh bread, topped with all manner of deliciousness. These morsels are exclusive to each particular locale, so we recommend an Aperitivo Hour snack safari to sample them all.

Find the likes of Fabbs focaccia topped with sardine, olive and chives; roasted red peppers and goat cheese; and prosciutto and tomato at Fabbrica CBD.

At Fabbrica Darlo, try focaccia topped with mushroom, lemon and stracciatella; ricotta fermented hot sauce and mortadella; and Danish feta, anchovy and spring onion.

Meanwhile, over at Fabbrica Newtown, snack on sourdough toast with tomato jam, anchovy and chives; polenta chips topped with aioli, pecorino and Aleppo; and bresaola, cherry tomato, baby Bocconcini, spiked, and drizzled in Quinby’s Hot Honey.

Plus: really good olives at all of our venues, if a sip and nibble will suffice.

Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm at Fabbrica CBD (daily), Fabbrica Darlo (Fri – Sun) and Fabbrica Newtown (Weds – Sun).
