At Love Tilly Group, we create curious, considered and uncomplicated hospitality. We are grounded in service, thoughtful in our food and drink, and built on genuine connection while actively creating opportunities for our team to grow and improve their lives.

    Culture

    Love Tilly Group is built around people; those who dine with us, and those who are part of our team. We provide a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace across all venues, as well as in our support office. We strive to continue to listen and make improvements through staff surveys, conducted annually, with transparent results delivered to our teams. All Love Tilly Group employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program, and as well as an internal Head of People, we have an external HR department we work closely with.     Career Growth

    Love Tilly Group actively encourages long-term careers across its venues and support office. Many team members have grown with the group, moving between venues and departments, and we prioritise promoting from within where possible. We believe that training and ongoing development is a pathway to help our team progress, by instilling confidence and a sense of capability. We regularly host internal training sessions, as well as certified courses such as WSET and First Aid.
