Fabbrica Sydney CBD
Fabbrica Pasta Shop is a vibrant restaurant and retail space in Sydney's CBD, serving seasonal snacks and house-made pasta, alongside minimal-intervention Italian wine. There are freshly made sandwiches available daily for lunch, too.
The first of the Fabbricas, it was in 2020 that the CBD swung open its doors. The pasta extruder became the heart of the concept, producing traditional Italian shapes on site, with a selection of innovative sauces, snacks, freshly baked bread, produce and wine, ready to take home or polish off on the spot. Today, while you dine, you can still find a selection of our favourite products on shelf.
Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm daily, swing by for a spritz and a snack.

Join us at Fabbrica CBD for monthly classes
Join Fabbrica’s Executive Chef Damiano Balducci for a small and sociable 2.5 hour pasta making class at Fabbrica CBD. With a spritz on arrival, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, creating two different pasta shapes with guidance throughout.

Group Dining
In the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Fabbrica, is available for lively group gatherings, full venue takeovers, corporate events and brand collaborations.
Inside we can host up to 12 guests, while the terrace can seat up to 24 people.
Bookings can be made online for groups of up to 8 people.
