Fabbrica Darlinghurst

Fabbrica Newtown is centred around a long, travertine topped counter overlooking an open kitchen and bar. An elevated space, there’s also banquette seating and sun-dappled tables beneath a series of skylights in the main dining area. Here, the team serve seasonal snacks, innovative pastas and an excellent selection of drinks.
Led by Head Chef Keir Ballantyne, as well as the classics like zucchini filled with ricotta and drizzled with hot honey, cacio e pepe and tiramisu, you'll also find some snacks, pastas and secondi on the menu exclusive to Newtown, like barbecued chicken with Aleppo pepper and salsa verde, or hand-filled ravioli of sweetcorn with ‘nduja and sage.
Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm daily, swing by for a spritz and a snack.
