Fabbrica Pasta Making Classes

Finally! We're doing it!
Join Fabbrica’s Executive Chef Damiano Balducci for our new pasta making classes at Fabbrica CBD. You’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, creating two different pasta shapes (hand cut fettuccine and ravioli of ricotta and spinach) with Chef Dami’s expert guidance throughout.
Included in the experience, you’ll be greeted with a spritz on arrival and following the hands-on part of the class, you'll sit down to lunch together. Chef Dami will cook the pasta you’ve just made, serving the fettuccine in a puttanesca sauce, and the ravioli with sage and burnt butter.








On top of this, you’ll take home recipe cards to recreate the pasta shapes and sauces at home, along with a Fabbrica at Home fresh pasta pack, perfect for when you need a quick fix.
Classes accommodate up to 10 people and run from 11am to 1.30pm, on June 13th, July 11th and August 8th. $153 per person.
