Fabbrica Darlinghurst
Fabbrica Darlinghurst is an Italian neighbourhood pasta bar, spread over three levels, with a communal table, main dining room and private dining space. The menu, led by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Head Chef Jai Shetti, stars Fabbrica favourites like zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe and tiramisu. Exclusive to Darlinghurst, try the pork cotoletta - Fabbrica's take on the pub schnitty.
You'll also find a rotating menu of seasonal snacks and other pastas. To drink? We serve wines with superior terroir, organic/biodynamic viticulture and hands-off winemaking with a focus on Italy and Australian-grown Italian varieties.
Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm daily, swing by for a spritz and a snack.

A special lunch set menu, $80 per person
On Sunday May 10th, we're celebrating Mother's Day at Fabbrica Darlo with a special set menu crafted by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Head Chef Jai Shetti.
You'll find a few of the big hits, like zucchini flowers and spaghetti cacio e pepe, along with some newer delights like tuna crudo with buttermilk and grapefruit; cavatelli with vongole and ‘nduja; and crème caramel with persimmon, to name a few.
Fabbrica Darlinghurst has recently introduced B.Y.O. ($15 per bottle), so bring a special bottle or two of mum’s favourite wine with you.
Fabbrica’s usual drinks list will remain available, too.

Group Dining
Spread across three levels, Fabbrica Darlinghurst is a neighbourhood restaurant with a communal dining table seating up to 30 people, a hidden dining room seating up to 38 people, and a private dining room upstairs seating up to 24 guests. Exclusive hire of the entire venue can be arranged upon request
Bookings can be made online for groups of up to 12 people.
