Fabbrica Darlinghurst is an Italian neighbourhood pasta bar, spread over three levels, with a communal table, main dining room and private dining space. The menu, led by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Head Chef Jai Shetti, stars Fabbrica favourites like zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe and tiramisu. Exclusive to Darlinghurst, try the pork cotoletta - Fabbrica's take on the pub schnitty.

You'll also find a rotating menu of seasonal snacks and other pastas. To drink? We serve wines with superior terroir, organic/biodynamic viticulture and hands-off winemaking with a focus on Italy and Australian-grown Italian varieties.

Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm daily, swing by for a spritz and a snack.

Fabbrica Darlinghurst Presents: Piemonte

July 22nd, $100 per person

The next instalment of our ‘Fabbrica Presents…’ regional dinner series will transport you to the cradle of Italy's most decadent wine and cuisine. Think redolent Barolo and Barbaresco, prized truffle, and yolk-yellow nests of tajarin steeped in glossy butter. This is Piemonte!

From the storied capital of Turin, to the vinous wonderland of the Langhe, Piemonte is synonymous with the finer things in life. Tucked cosily at the foot of the Alps, its cuisine is best suited to the cooler months, and Fabbrica Executive Chef Damiano Balducci has crafted a set menu that leans into winter indulgence.

There’ll be sourdough with fresh truffle butter, tajarin al tartufo, or tangles of egg pasta, covered with parmesan and truffle, a luscious beef cheek, slow-cooked and braised in Barolo overnight, and so much more.

Visit Piemonte, by way of Darlo, this July.

Group Dining

Spread across three levels, Fabbrica Darlinghurst is a neighbourhood restaurant with a communal dining table seating up to 30 people, a hidden dining room seating up to 38 people, and a private dining room upstairs seating up to 24 guests. Exclusive hire of the entire venue can be arranged upon request
