Spread across three levels, there’s a space to suit any party at Fabbrica Darlinghurst. From the communal table and the main dining room downstairs, and our semi-private sunroom upstairs with a dedicated bar, each space can be booked for seated or standing events.

For unique brand activations or huge, memorable celebrations, take the entire venue, which can seat up to 60 people. We’ll help you make the space your own.

Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Head Chef Jai Shetti have curated a choice of set menus to choose from, featuring Fabbrica classics like zucchini flowers with hot honey, spaghetti cacio e pepe and hazelnut tiramisu. For standing receptions, there’s a canapé menu of bite-sized hits.

To drink, enjoy a selection of cocktails, Australian and Italian wine, beer and non-alcoholic options, all of which can be pre-ordered, too.
