Fabbrica Bread Shop is a cornucopia of baked goods, pastries and coffee. Located inside the biggest Maloneys Grocer in Rozelle, it's home to daily-baked sandwiches, sweet and savoury pastries, as well as coffee by Coffee Supreme.

Our menu stars a lineup of sweet and savoury baked goods, including sourdough made with NSW flour, focaccias, croissants, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches – and more – with flavours changing every day.
