Fabbrica Darlinghurst
BYO arrives

We’ve launched B.Y.O. at Fabbrica Darlinghurst! Available each week from Wednesday to Sunday, you can now bring a bottle or two (or three, who's counting?) of wine along to lunch or dinner, with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
While our considered wine list remains, the move to B.Y.O. means you can enjoy something special from home, while trying a few new autumnal plates. Fabbrica’s Executive Chef Damiano Balducci and Darlinghurst’s Head Chef Jai Shetti have been working on some new dishes, with the cooler weather - and produce - in mind.

Along with the classics, you’ll find Tassie octopus with pickled fennel, orange and chilli on the menu, which pairs beautifully with a bottle of a skinsy Georgian Rkatsiteli. The team will always have a hand-filled pasta on rotation - at the moment it’s pansotti of mascarpone, caramelised onion and brown butter. Look for a crisp, clean Chablis for this one. There’s a layered, rich eggplant parmigiana, excellent with a juicy Chianti, as well as a market steak with mustard-kombu butter and jus, screaming out for a big Barbaresco.
Over the road at Camperdown Cellars Darlinghurst, Fabbrica guests will receive 10% off your bottle purchase when a booking confirmation is shown. Otherwise, it's time to crack open that bottle you've been saving. Cin, cin!
