A Roman-inspired trattoria, Palazzo Salato, reigns supreme as a party palace, hosting group bookings to full venue takeovers.

Behind the leather curtains, you’ll find our private dining room, seating up to 22 people along one long table, or divide the private dining room in half with a swish of the curtains, for an intimate table of 12. Elsewhere in the restaurant, groups can be accommodated throughout the venue, settled in booths and banquettes or along adjoining tables.

Executive Chef Alex Major and Head Chef Matt Goddard will be on hand, offering a choice of two set menus. A palatial feast might include dishes like beef crudo with Monforte crema; Palazzo ham and colatura hot sauce; hand rolled agnolotti dal plin; pinched scarpinocc of potato, Reggiano and balsamic; flat iron steak with Palazzo butter and more.

And for those interested in throwing a massive party - we’re all for it. Half venue hire for up to 50, or exclusive hire of the whole venue can be arranged upon request, for groups of up to 110.
