Vivid Sydney Regional Dinner: Southern Highlands

As part of Vivid Food’s inaugural Regional Dinner Series, acclaimed Moonacres Kitchen chef Stephen Santucci, Love Tilly Group’s Culinary Director Scott McComas-Williams and Palazzo Salato's Executive Chef Alex Major will collaborate on a produce-forward, innovative set menu over two nights.
United by a love of locally sourced ingredients and Italian cuisine, the trio will be armed with the Southern Highlands’ finest produce and organic ingredients, creating a set menu in celebration of regional NSW.
