Oysters + Chablis

Like Victoria and David, Potts Point and wine bars, and martinis and bad decisions, some things are just meant to be. Enter Oysters + Chablis. We're celebrating all things cool, mineral, and on ice this November with our friend Dan May from Rock Oyster Depot. Dan will be shucking premium Sydney rocks to order, while we pour our favourite Chablis (alongside some other elite Frenchies) by the glass. Join us for an afternoon of shucks and sips.

Haven't met Dan around the traps? Think of him as an 'oyster sommelier'. He sources the best Sydney rocks from the South Coast, working directly with independent oyster farmers. He knows the ebbs, flows, and nuances that translate to the unique flavour, texture and salinity of every oyster. Try a mixed plate, then settle on a dozen of your favourite to enjoy al fresco.

Our full menu will also be available to round things out, with a very special selection of oyster-adjacent wines, including bottlings from Domaine de la Pépière , Domaine Jolly et Fils , Moreau-Naudet, and a special edit of sparkling, all pouring by the glass.
