For Nepal: A Fundraising Evening

Join us for an evening of Nepalese dining next month, with all profits donated to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund, supporting nationwide disaster rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by the recent floods.
This very special event and menu has been conceived and shaped by Ragazzi Head Chef Rajesh Bhandari, himself from Tulsipur, Dang, Nepal, alongside Palazzo Salato Junior Sous Chef, Biji Tamang, from Rasuwa, and Love, Tilly Devine's very own Chef, Deepa Dangi.

There’ll be crispy pani puri shells filled with yellowfin tuna and tamarind, served with a herb-infused water; buffalo stracciatella topped with toasted soybeans and crispy chilli; tangy roasted cashews tossed with onion, tomato, chilli, lemon and aromatic spices; spiced fried Nepalese chicken sausage with Szechuan pepper and tomato achar; crispy fried momo; spaghetti with slow-cooked goat in spices, coriander and chilli; and Juju Dhau, Bhaktapur's rich, creamy sweet yoghurt, served with berries and mint.
Our Culinary Director Scott McComas-Williams says, 'The Nepalese community in Australia plays such a massive role in our industry — we'd really be lost without them. It was a no-brainer that we'd do something to raise funds for flood victims, and I'm so proud of Raj, Biji and the rest of our Nepalese team for coming up with this concept and menu!'
Come drink and dine with us in celebration of the beautiful and resilient nation of Nepal. ❤️🩹
