Fabbrica Darlinghurst x blonde. Ring Making Class

This month, our neighbours, friends and talented jewellery makers, blonde., will host four organic ring making classes ($200 per person, $349 per pair) on Saturday June 27th in Fabbrica Darlinghurst’s upstairs private dining room. Following each class, head downstairs to our communal table for a special Fabbrica set menu.

Over two fun and practical hours, blonde.’s experienced jewellers will guide you step-by-step, in creating a completely unique wax ring, ready to be cast by the experts in your metal of choice; bronze, silver or gold. You can even add gemstones. Shiny!*

Following the class, celebrate your new skills over a feast of our greatest plates and shapes, along with a couple of blonde. inspired dishes, all curated by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci.

There will be sourdough with cultured butter; a ricotta-filled zucchini flower and hot honey; tuna crudo with buttermilk and grapefruit; rigatoni carbonara; blonde. x Fabbrica cavatelli with spiced Jerusalem artichoke, parmesan sauce and caramelised nuts; and blonde. x Fabbrica hazelnut tiramisu with caramelised white chocolate.

Drinks can be purchased on the day while dining. Four session times will be available to book (10am, 12.30pm, 3pm and 5.30pm), with earlier session times opening as later classes fill.

*Please note: the precious metal required to cast your ring is not included in ticket price. Participants will choose their own desired precious metal and pay for this by weight, on the day. Prices are clearly communicated during the class so there are no surprises. Most rings range from $50 to $150, but price depends on design and metal. Gemstones are optional and can be selected on the day, $15 to $35 extra, depending on size. Ring will be shipped to your chosen address once the professional casting, finishing and polishing process is finished, in four to five weeks.
