Fabbrica Pasta Shop is a boundary-pushing space in Sydney’s CBD. Opened as a retail space selling items considered essential to the ritual of pasta-making (including wine), the overwhelming popularity of Fabbrica’s handmade pasta by the gram saw its evolution into a pasta-focused casual dining destination.

A wall lined with approximately 100 types of Italian varieties are available for takeaway or opened and enjoyed with us. The wines on offer are of superior terroir, organic/biodynamic viticulture and hands-off winemaking with a focus on Italy and Australian-grow Italian varieties.
